DFI Inc. today announces that its United States affiliate company, ITOX, formally changed its company name to DFI-ITOX, effective February 1, 2012. The name change is taken to stress the company's commitment to the industrial PC system/board marketplace and to reflect its market focus and mission within the DFI family of companies.
DFI-ITOX will continue to operate at its current location of 8 Elkins Road, East Brunswick, New Jersey, 08816; tax id number will not change. There are no changes to DFI-ITOX organization structure, management system, personnel, and scope of accreditations.
Founded in 1987, DFI-ITOX is recognized nationwide as a leading supplier of x86 embedded motherboards and single board computers for use in light industrial and special OEM/ODM environments including voice messaging, medical electronics, industrial control, security & surveillance, telecommunications, ATM/POS, digital signage, gaming and kiosk systems.
As an independent ISO 9001:2008 registered firm, DFI-ITOX will still provide and support both standard and custom-designed products ranging from ATX through Mini-ITX motherboards, small form factor SBCs, and COM modules. DFI-ITOX is committed to supporting customer requirements and continues to provide motherboards incorporating legacy ISA slots, along with PCI, PCI-X and PCI Express bus support.
