EC700-BT, a stylishly embedded system adopts the low-power Intel® Atom™ processor E3800 product family while the plam-sized EC800 supports wide range of processors, from the power efficient Intel® Atom™ N2800/N2600 to high performance Intel® Atom™ D2550.
As a flawless combination of impressive fashion design and excellent computing capability, EC700-BT brings a new art concept to the industrial automation market. By replacing the hard drive with a DC to DC Car PC module that supports ACC feature, EC700-BT is perfectly suited for Car PC applications. In addition, this fanless embedded system comes with onboard ECC memory, providing improved data integrity and system reliability through automatic data correction. The optional onboard eMMC and microSD socket are designed for additional storage in space-limited environments.
Combining rich connectivity and high performance, EC800 offers high speed interfaces for maximum storage. The CFast socket, which is easily accessible from the front panel, uses SATA interface that offers faster read/ write performance over the traditional CompactFlash card which uses IDE interface.
Both of the two fanless embedded systems are designed with dual independent display: EC700 provides 1 HDMI and 1 VGA or 1 DVI-I while EC800 is equipped with 1 micro HDMI and 1 VGA or 1 DVI-I. To ensure efficient communication, the two systems support Wi-Fi and 3G/GPRS via Mini PCIe slots as well as come in 1 SIM socket and 2 Wi-Fi antenna holes for wireless applications. EC700-BT and EC800 allow stacking a powerful battery backup module that provides significant backup power whenever power failure occurs so that it can protect the systems from electrical damage and reduce the risks of losing significant data.
