It provides not only enhanced computing performance and low-power consumption, but also versatile expansion capability. The DV970 offers 4 ports of 10GbE-KR Ethernet to strengthen connection between server and equipment. Moreover, DV970 is capable for a 24/7 stable operation in extended-temp environment. DV970 is your ideal solution for entry-level servers, NAS applications, and emerging appliances.

Ultra-High Speed Data Transmission Performance

Most of the existing modules are equipped with up to 1G Ethernet. However, the maximum speed of 1G Ethernet cannot fulfill the requirement of massive data transmission.“DV970” is based on the COM Express Type 7 with 4 10GBase-KR Ethernet, and perfectly solves this problem. 10GBit/s of high-speed data transmission is ten times the amount of 1G Ethernet, enabling it to boost up the speed of internet traffic and cloud-computing applications that require fast response.

“DV970” is designed for cost-efficient servers, and is equipped with the latest Intel Atom® C3000 series (codename: Denverton). Under 14nm goldmont architecture, it delivers high computing performance but with a low 8.5W power consumption and rich expansion capabilities.

Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) Enables You to Monitor Your Device in Real Time

With Network Controller Sideband Interface (NC-SI) implanted in “DV970”, BMC can be equipped on the carrier board to let administrators take immediate corrective action by using remote control.BMC function saves the operating cost of the network and ensures that the equipment is under your control 24/7.

DDR4 ECC Memory Stabilizes Your Equipment

Stable and non-stop operations are critical for both micro servers, workstations, and some mission-critical applications. These solutions cannot tolerate any error. To improve a more reliable performance, “DV970” supports DDR4 ECC SO-DIMM memory module of up to 32G.
