DFI's Revenue in the First Half of the Year Grew by More Than 46% Consolidated Revenue in June was NT$1.372 billion

On July 4, DFI Inc. (2397), the world's leading embedded motherboard and industrial computer brand announced that consolidated revenue in June 2022 was NT$1.372 billion, representing a growth of 22.80% compared to the revenue of NT$1.118 billion in May. DFI's consolidated revenue was NT$7.723 billion for the year's first half, reflecting a 46.29% increase compared to the previous year.

DFI's revenue in June was affected by the short-term correction of the demand for graphics cards in the second quarter, which decreased slightly by 3.98% compared to the same period in the previous year. Overall operations in the second quarter and the year's first half still exceeded past performance. DFI's consolidated revenue in the second quarter was NT$3.852 billion, equal to the first quarter, and represented an increase of 17.76% compared to the same period of the previous year. Performance in the year's first half grew by 46.29% compared to the same period of the last year, reaching NT$7.723 billion.

Regarding the short-term impact on the graphics card-related business, DFI Vice Chairman Michael Lee stated: "The company will maintain a conservative attitude towards the market changes. The materials shortage issue has been gradually resolved quarter by quarter. DFI will accelerate production to satisfy the rigid demands of customers."

With new infrastructures gaining prominence during the trend towards automated production and digital transformation, DFI has benefited from this development and has received many orders. The following long-term developmental targets will be the primary application fields of embedded boards, networking, industrial automation, and graphics.
